We created Matrescence to honor those who give endlessly, show up daily, and often put themselves last. Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or simply in a new season of change—our mission is to help you mother yourself, too.

Through intentional rituals that nurture, replenish, strengthen, and protect—our skincare is made for the small, sacred moments: quiet mornings, chaotic evenings, and everything in between. Because when you’re giving everything to everyone, you deserve something that gives back to you.

I’ve learned a lot through motherhood—but the biggest lesson? Learning to mother myself too.

After my second daughter was born, I unexpectedly lost my own mother. I was deep in the newborn haze, juggling toddlerhood, and navigating the kind of grief that knocks the wind out of you. My mom was my anchor. She believed in self-care long before it became a buzzword, and she always reminded me to take care of myself first—so I could care for others fully.

Without her, I hit empty fast. And in that space, I remembered what so many of us tend to forget: you can’t pour from an empty cup.

Rooted in my background in women’s wellness with a focus on hormone health, I created Matrescence to fill a gap I knew too well—skincare that’s safe, effective, and made to meet you where you are—from pre-pregnancy to postpartum and beyond.

Matrescence was born to nurture not just your skin, but to mother you, too. To remind us all, that caring for yourself is the first and most powerful act of care.
