Shipping

Orders ship within 3-5 business days (not including weekends, holidays, or otherwise specified days of closure).

Orders typically take 1-5 business days to arrive after shipping. (This is in addition to processing).  Shipping estimates are provided directly by carriers and we rely on them to be accurate in providing a delivery date.   As such, we cannot provide a shipping refund or credit if orders arrive outside out an estimated delivery date. 

We only offer shipping within the United States at this time.

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $100

Shipping Insurance

We offer order protection and insurance through Route.  This option is automatically selected at checkout for you and your order will be covered against loss, theft or breakage in transit.  If your order arrives broken, or never arrives at all, it can be replaced at no additional cost by filing a claim with Route.

By refusing insurance and deselecting that option at checkout, you relieve Matrescence of any and all responsibility for damage or loss that may occur to your package.

You may decline insurance against loss or breakage by unchecking the box at checkout.

Returns

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and therefore it's guaranteed by a 30-day return policy.

We will provide a refund to the original method of payment, minus shipping charges.

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@matrescenceskin.com with order number. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. 

Please note:

1) Samples are not eligible for return.
2) We cannot accept empty or nearly empty products.
3) We will only accept unopened, tested or gently used products.
4) We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.

Only products purchased directly through www.matrescenceskin.com will be eligible for return.

It is important that you contact us before you send in a return to ensure proper tracking.  We can't be responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to us prior to sending.

We cannot offer exchanges of any kind.

Once a return label is issued, the return package must be sent within 7 days - otherwise, we will not be able to authorize a refund or send out another return label (check your junk or spam folder if you have not received the label in your inbox). 

Any rewards points associated with returned items will be deducted from your points total and will no longer be available for redemption. 

We closely monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if we find that our policies have been abused.  Once abuse is determined, our decision to deny a refund cannot be appealed.
