Package Protection with Route: Automatically selected at checkout to cover loss, theft, or breakage.

Claim Support: If your order is damaged or missing, Route allows you to file a free claim for a replacement.

Return Guidelines:

Products must be unopened or gently used.

Samples, nearly empty, or fully used products are not eligible.
Only items from matrescenceskin.com are eligible for return.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once a return label is issued, the return package must be sent within 7 days - otherwise, we will not be able to authorize a refund or send out another return label.
Loyalty points earned on returned items will be deducted. We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns and/or apply a return processing fee for misuse of this policy.
